A little sooner than last year’s edition, this Thursday the gastronomy festival comes together in José Ignacio. Bringing together the history of the small village it used to be and the gastronomy wonderland it has become, on the main square all of the area’s cafes, restaurants and posadas will come together. As the sun falls, you’ll be able to enjoy a healthy drink from the Rincón Verde or a bruschetta from Café Doméstico.
Each establishment will have their own space and their cooks and other employees will attend to diners that will flood the plaza only to later finish the night on the beach or in one of the same restaurant’s principal space. Prices haven’t been announced for the tickets, but last year they cost 600 pesos, which included a drink. José Ignacio will be waiting starting at 20:00.
