Despite what you might have heard, pop-ups aren’t a thing of the past. In fact, we would venture to say that they’re only getting better as those willing to go guerrilla get more creative. To up the ante for 2015, the team behind Lima Pop-Up are heading back to Bolivia for a two-night cooking event that will put the diners in the center of the action.
