After announcing early last month that they would once again be heading out on tour later in 2015, the Roca Brothers have started to release stories and short films about last year’s tour. At February’s Berlinale, they released Cooking Up A Tribute, a film that captured the experience that changed not only the three brothers and the lives of their whole team, but also the students, waiters, and everyone else that helped along the way. Many are saying these tours could change the future of fine dining. There isn’t a lot of argument to suggest otherwise.

Huge rounds of applause for Leonor Espinosa’s efforts to support the coastal communities of Colmombia aren’t the only big news coming out of this year’s edition of Madrid Fusion. In a story released yesterday by Spanish outlet El País, it has been revealed that the brothers Roca will once again be taking El Celler de Can Roca, currently ranked at number two in the world, on the road. Taking advantage of the success of their first-ever tour last year through Houston, Bogotá, Mexico City, and Lima, they’ll kick off this year’s tour in Turkey, and then head to Buenos Aires and Santiago, Chile.
