After taking some family vacation time in New York, chef Juliana Lopez May returns to her beloved José Ignacio on Uruguay’s coast for some days of relaxation and to share her family-style cooking. Julian, a disciple of acclaimed chef Francis Mallmann, currently divides her time between weekly cooking classes at her workshop El Tigre, television appearances, and other culinary events. Over the next few days she’ll be on hand for two events, ideal chances for anyone to learn to cook from May and to learn her great flavors.
