If there’s something that cooking achieves it’s uniting and building ties that stand the test of time. What began as a relationship between clients and friends will become concrete in a special event tonight. The chefs of La Olada have invited Eduardo Ballester, an expert in paellas, and his kids Mara and Tomás, for a family-focused night, one of those at which everyone gathers around a big table.
The Ballesters will be cooking up three plates tonight, including their famous paella, a mushroom tart, and dessert. Dinner has a cost of $900 pesos. For those so inclined, the La Olada menu will still be available. The night begins tonight at 21:00 and reservations can be made by calling 00598 4486 2745. La Olada is located at Avenida José Ignacio, between Héctor Soria and Las Focas in La Juanita.
