Santiago’s 50+ gives a quick look at Nam, the modern Thai-meets-Chilean restaurant in Santiago’s always hot Providencia neighborhood.  With Chilean-infused takes on Pad Thai involving a sauce made with the endemic Chilean berry murtilla, as well as a tasting of various curries, perhaps a restaurant like Nam could sway at least some Santiaguinos’ love from Peruvian food to a fresh take on Thai.  Says the review, “Every plate, full of color, textures and unusual flavors, is built with dedication to detail and refined technique.”  We’ll definitely be partaking sooner than later.  [via 50+]
